We now offer match-grade 338 Lapua Mag ammunition. We load our 338 Lapua using new Hornady brass, 250 or 300 grain Sierra Matchkings, Federal 215M (match magnum) primers, Hodgdon or Alliant powder. Powder is dispensed using an RCBS Chargemaster, and the powder is transferred to an Acculab 123 digital scale, which is accurate to .02 grains. The powder charges are accurate to only .04 grains, since the size of 1 kernel of gunpowder weighs more than .02 grains. This makes the ammunition very consistant from round to round. Bullets are seated to 3.680". We can seat the bullet to any length you prefer.
338 Lapua Mag pricing:
250 grain Sierra Matchking (SMK) is $285 per 100 rounds (minimum 100 rounds).
300 grain Sierra Matchking (SMK) is $305 per 100 rounds (minimum 100 rounds).
The 250 grain Sierra Matchking runs 3020 fps (average) out of a 26" barrel.
Reloading the 338 Lapua Mag: If you save the brass and send it back to us (or any other 338 LM cases), we can clean, deprime, full length size, and reload the cases. The pricing for the 250 SMK is $195 per 100 rounds and the 300 grain SMK is $215 per 100 rounds. This pricing is with you providing the brass. The Hornady brass can be loaded atleast 4 to 5 times, and as high as 8 to 10 times.
